“Maria Doyle Kennedy is a National Treasure…On an island that isn’t short of talented female vocalists she really and truly is one of our greatest.” – Hot Press Magazine

“Her voice…could charm the very stars from the skies.” - Edwin McFee

Hot Press Magazine describes singer/actress Maria Doyle Kennedy’s voice as “the finest voice [Ireland] has ever produced.” This remarkably-gifted, versatile, raven-haired Dubliner known for her screen roles in Orphan Black, Dexter, Downton Abbey, The Tudors, and of course, The Commitments has also spent over 20 years performing music all over the world, collaborating with such legendary artists as Ani DiFranco, PJ Harvey, Snow Patrol, Damien Rice, Paul Brady, and John Prine.

Kennedy’s signature and inventive sound combines folk, urban pop, soul and dreamy ballads. Sometimes melancholy, other times joyful, and always passionate, the multitalented star of stage, television and music will sing her lush, enchanting melodies with accompaniment by her guitarist and husband Kieran Kennedy for two special evenings filled with her unique style and signature charm.
