Martin Hayes and Dennis Cahill
in Residence with Special Guests

“In their long collaboration, the fiddler Martin Hayes and the guitarist Dennis Cahill have found intriguing possibilities within the traditional Irish repertory — glimmers of jazz, Minimalism and chamber music — without diluting the traditional spirit.”
The New York Times

October 20 – 29 | 8 PM
Thursday, October 20 – Sunday, October 23
Wednesday, October 26 – Saturday, October 29

Martin Hayes (fiddle) and Dennis Cahill (guitar), one of the world’s great musical duos, return to Irish Arts Center for two weeks in residence sure to inspire a bounty of musical memories.

Each of these eight exciting evenings, curated by Martin, will feature special guests and collaborators, exploring the roots of traditional music while breaking cultural barriers and taking audiences on an unforgettable artistic journey.

As with our last residency with this extraordinary duo, no two evenings will be the same, and each is sure to lay the groundwork for future collaborations.
